  • With over a decade of experience spanning crisis intervention, program management, suicide prevention, disability support, and DEI consulting, I bring both professional depth and lived wisdom to my work. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, disabled Afro-Latinx woman, I lead with my full self and help my clients do the same. I hold a B.A. from Spelman College and a M.A. in psychology, and currently works with executives and organizations on equity, identity, and sustainable success.
