A Message From Our Founder:

Dear Visitor,

You have probably clicked onto this website after typing into Google, “Signs of ADHD” or “How to parent a child with autism”. Or maybe you are a director of a tech organization who wants to learn how to better accommodate your employees who are neurodivergent. It is lunch time and you are in incognito mode searching, “How to support neurodivergent employees”.

The algorithm has not led you astray. You are on the right site.

I started this journey, not as a CEO, but as undiagnosed autistic Black girl whose special interest was lining up my Hot Wheels™ collection, color coordinating vintage clothes hauls, and reading psychology books about “How to Make Friends”. I was also the teen who spent her lunch breaks in the bathroom, confused about why I was always the resident alien.

Whether you are a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult looking for the guidebook on, “How to Adult: The Ultimate Guide on Surviving Life on Earth”. Or a parent of a non-verbal autistic child who has tried DESPERATELY to connect with your kid, but there is only so much screaming, hair pulling, and hitting you can endure. Or a newly-promoted assistant to the assistant (a step up from intern! Congrats, Bob!) who is desperately seeking a qualified trainer to provide a workshop on Neurodivergence in the Workplace: Why Bob Never Joins the After Work Karaoke Party for your C-Suite leaders

At the NeuroDiverse Experience Lab, we practice the pedagogy of neuro-affirming support—acknowledging that we are ALL different and deserving of autonomy, respect, and care. We acknowledge the personal and societal challenges of being neurodivergent. We lean into that discomfort, recognize the grief, and affirm that accessibility and inclusion is the cornerstone of advocacy. We celebrate diversity and revolution by centering women, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and disabled voices.
