You’re Not Broken, It’s the System.

Rediscovering You. Rebuilding Communities. Reorganizing Systems

Supporting late-diagnosed AuDHD adults through education, coaching, career consulting, and B2B training.

You’re Here Because…

You just got diagnosed
(or suspect you might be AuDHD) and everything suddenly makes sense, but you don't know what to do next.

You've spent years masking, overperforming, and burning out. You're exhausted and done pretending.

You feel like existing systems (workplaces, relationships, routines) were built for a brain you don't have.

You're looking for support that actually understands the intersection of being Black, queer, LGBTQ+, chronically-disabled, and neurodivergent.

Accessibility Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults (Limited Spots)

Sliding Scale: $65-$120/session
Spots Available: 2

Accessibility Coaching is a focused, one-time 50-minute session where we work on one specific challenge together.

That's it. No intake process that takes three weeks. No six-month commitment before you know if it's a fit. No having to explain your entire history before we can get to the thing that's actually bothering you.

You come with one thing. We work on that thing together with tools, frameworks, and strategies built specifically for your neurodivergent brain. You leave with something concrete, something actionable, and the experience of being genuinely understood.

What we can work on:

  • Getting unstuck on a task, project, or decision that's been stalled for weeks

  • Building a system for something specific: mornings, email, work tasks, finances

  • Preparing for a hard conversation at work or in a relationship

  • Understanding a pattern that keeps showing up and getting in your way

  • Processing your late diagnosis and what it means for something specific in your life

  • Navigating a workplace challenge as a neurodivergent adult

  • Figuring out what kind of support you actually need before committing to more

Client Reviews

  • "Tanisha is an amazing person, PERIOD! Working with her for just over a year has been one of the most transformative experiences of my personal and professional life. She played a pivotal role in helping me expand my worldview and step into a deeper sense of confidence. Through our work together, I gained meaningful insight into my inner saboteur, learned how to navigate it with compassion, and uncovered strengths I didn’t fully realize I had. What made the journey even more powerful was the sense of community and support she created. She held space for both my self‑discovery and my business growth in a way that felt grounding, empowering, and genuinely human. I’m incredibly grateful for the clarity, courage, and connection that came from our time together."
