  • I provide executive career consulting to autistic and career professionals with ADHD. I believe you bring value to your position and organizations, NOT the other way around. You are more than what you produce for others, you have intrinsic value because of who you are. Whether I am supporting you through the hiring process, with workplace accommodations consulting, negotiating career advancement, or transitioning to self-employment, I help you value your own worth, time, and income.

  • I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental, yet deconstructive space. Within executive career consulting, I integrate science-driven approaches providing you with an understanding of how neurodivergent brains function. While, deconstructing ‘productivity mindset’ and perfectionism. I help you learn how to navigate capitalist workplaces through neuro-affirming practices OR completely deconstruct capitalist values and build your own practice that align with your morals and values.

  • I am a neurodivergent educator and systems management consultant. I have over 800+ hours of executive career consulting, supporting mid-executive level employees in Fortune 500 companies, government, and other private sector. I hold a B.A. in anthropology & sociology from Spelman College and a M.A. in psychology from the Catholic University of America. I have a background in academia, corporate America, the government sector, and non-profits. My past career experiences include Suicide Prevention Specialist, Disability Support Specialist, DEI & Program Management Consultant. All of which I integrate into my consulting skills.
