Whether I am supporting you through the hiring process, with workplace accommodations consulting, negotiating career advancement, or transitioning to self-employment, I help you value your own worth, time, and income.

Within executive career consulting, I integrate science-driven approaches providing you with an understanding of how neurodivergent brains function. While, deconstructing ‘productivity mindset’ and perfectionism. I help you learn how to navigate capitalist workplaces through neuro-affirming practices OR completely deconstruct capitalist values and build your own practice that align with your morals and values.

  • I am a neurodivergent educator and systems management consultant. I have over 800+ hours of executive career consulting, supporting mid-executive level employees in Fortune 500 companies, government, and other private sector. I hold a B.A. in anthropology & sociology from Spelman College and a M.A. in psychology from the Catholic University of America. I have a background in academia, corporate America, the government sector, and non-profits. My past career experiences include Suicide Prevention Specialist, Disability Support Specialist, DEI & Program Management Consultant. All of which I integrate into my consulting skills.
