These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, courses, coaching, consulting, and training services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing any Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  • Coaching and consulting services (1:1 and/or group)

  • Training for professionals and organizations

All Services are provided on an educational and informational basis only.

Scope of Services

Our Services do not constitute:

  • Therapy or counseling

  • Legal advice

We do not diagnose conditions, provide crisis services, or replace licensed medical or mental health professionals. Coaching services are not therapy and do not establish a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments & Pricing

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Coaching & Consulting Services

Coaching and consulting packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Cancellation or rescheduling policies will be provided prior to booking.

We aim to apply these policies with fairness and compassion, particularly when accessibility needs are communicated in advance.

Refunds & Cancellations

We strive to make our Services accessible and adaptable. If you require reasonable accommodations, please contact us at ndexpertlab@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee all requests can be met, we will make good-faith efforts to support access.

We reserve the right to terminate access to Services, without refund, for behavior that is harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or violates these Terms.

Community Standards & Conduct

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or specific benefits from using the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, NeuroDiverse Experience Lab LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability
