Are you a therapist? Do you provide therapy?
No! I am not a licensed mental health provider (therapist) and I do not provide therapeutic services. As a coach, my job is to provide educational services to individuals in supporting them in seeking personal development, building relationships, and developing life skills. I do not provide services for crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and mental health services.
I provide educational content, workshops, consulting, and organizational training. My work is for educational purposes only. I work using a collaborative and holistic approach—understanding the importance of a client having a well established support system. In working with clients, sometimes therapy is an integral part of a client’s support system. If you need support finding a therapist, we can discuss and work through the process of finding a neuro-affirming therapist.
