Neurodivergent Coaching

  • I provide individualized coaching to late-diagnosed autistic and adults with ADHD. I believe that YOU are the expert on your experiences. Where I come in? I am the educator who provides you with the tools on self-awareness and the behavioral exploration of your brain. I am the cheerleader that affirms, “you are a uniquely different human being who deserves the BEST just because you exist”. Period. I am the expert who guides you through confusion and shame into an unapologetic, neurospicy bad-ass.

  • I provide a collaborative and non-judgmental space. Come as you are. In my coaching I integrate an intersectional, feminist, anti-capitalist lens that deconstructs ‘scarcity mindsets’ that de-center white supremacist, heteronormative, and colonizer mentalities. This space is about re-discovering the creative and independent self through self-compassion and scientific exploration.

  • I have over 800+ hours of executive coaching, supporting mid-executive level employees in Fortune 500 companies, government, and other private sector. I hold a B.A. in anthropology & sociology (comparative women’s studies) from Spelman College and a M.A. in psychology from the Catholic University of America. I have worn the hats of a disability support specialist, case manager, suicidologist, and DEI consultant. All of which I integrate into my coaching skills.*

*I am NOT a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is not therapy nor crisis intervention. I provide educational support only.

What Clients Say

  • I don't even know where to start. Nisha has been an amazing coach and presence in my life. I'm late diagnosed with ADHD. After my diagnosis I did not know what to do. Nisha has been with me for every step of the way. Her coaching has taught me I am capable of living my own life without feeling shame about my needs. That No is a complete sentence!

    — Bianca

  • Coaching with Nisha changed my life. To have someone every week, who does not judge me as an autistic man, who listens and supports me was what I needed in a coach. She also explains the science behind autism really well, so I feel like I understand myself more.
